Love isn't a noun. Love is a verb. Love is in our actions, what we build with them in our hearts. It is how we carry ourselves in this world, how we greet every moment. Our actions form habits and practices, becoming the building blocks of temples, showing the world through our actions what our morals are, what purpose we serve. Our actions towards ourselves, in particular, can be used to build a temple of love or a haunted house of horror. When we stay present with our emotions and greet them as friends who want to be seen and heard, we are living our lives in love. When we allow ourselves to feel what we feel, to be who we are, and want what we want, we are living our lives in love.
